Although I haven't had time to install or test the mountting kit I was really impressed with the weight and quality of the mount (which is good b/c I wasn't sure about what seemed like a lot of money for a mounting kit). Their shipping was super fast and they were really easy to work with. If their service is any indication of the products they stand behind then I know the awning will be fantastic. I plan on doing more business with RMW.
Updates to come as we get to use the awning.

Well, my husband, the installer, gave up on the instructions cuz he said "they weren't clear." I won't tell him that it was. Fortunately Joe came to the rescue, held our hands and got un in the right direction.
