In a word, GREAT! Very quick response by Mike and quick delivery. I called to discuss installation hardware because mine came with just the steel plates and was told the the shipper thought they were going on RMW bumpers, so hardware was already present. I acquired the hardware locally at ACE and the units are on my van. There is plenty of room for bolt/nut protrusion on the back of my bumpers (Go Westy, flat steel) so there is no interference between the bumper back and van mating surface. I did some reinforcing of the D-ring attachment AND the bumper as these bumpers are not nearly as heavy as your units (saw Daryl's a couple weeks ago when we went camping, which is where I got interested in your D-rings.)
